This is amazing served warm topped with oven roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh basil, but cold for lunch with a salad is equally tasty!

Nutritional yeast isn't active so it won't make things rise like baking powder or soda. It's a nutritional supplement high in B vitamins that is popular with vegetarians and vegans who don't get it from animal products (the only source). Try adding an equal amount of parmesan cheese instead for the similar flavour.
