Piquant red pepper chutney

- 3 red peppers....washed and chopped shopping list
- 2 green apples, peeled,cored and chopped shopping list
- 2 cups white vinegar shopping list
- ingredients no. 2:- shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 2-3 Tabs mehti masala shopping list
- 1 Tabs cumin seeds shopping list
- 1 Tabs sesame seeds shopping list
- 1 Tabs shredded cocoanut shopping list
- 1 Tabs skinned almonds shopping list
- 1-2 cloves garlic shopping list
- ingredients no. 3:- shopping list
- about a handful of curry leaves shopping list
- 1 tsp black mustard seeds shopping list
How to make it
- place vinegar,apples and peppers in a saucepan
- boil for +- 15 mins until peppers are soft
- cool,then add ingredients no.2 liquidize / blend until thick and smooth
- place about 1 Tabs of cooking oil,in a saucepan heat and add the mustard seeds until it stops spluttering,add the curry leaves
- pour over the chutney
- cool and bottle

Questions: What is "mehti masala"?? I'm from USA so I haven't a clue. Also, what are "curry leaves"?? I've seen curry powder in our grocery stores here, but never "curry leaves". Otherwise, your recipe sounds very tasty.
