Fantastic Soda Bread! Easy to make and tastes great! I couldn't help myself and added more ingredients ... poppyseeds, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, and raisins. I just used my judgement on the amounts. It did bake up quickly and I pulled my loaf out after 35 minutes. I would make this again and again. It's hearty and dense and very good.
