Delicious Berry Smoothies

This is a super quick breakfast, dessert or just frozen treat for the summer! A delicious and healthy alternative averaging under 350 calories.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup frozen strawberries shopping list
- 1 Cup frozen blackberries shopping list
- 1 Container of light banana yogurt (I used "banana Cream Pie yogurt") shopping list
- Approximately 12 fl ounces of unsweetened almond Breeze vanilla rice milk. Normal rice milk will also work as will regular milk although it will up the calories. shopping list
How to make it
- Add all into a blender and blend together. You may need to stir it occasionally to get the frozen fruit at the top to the bottom. Viola!
