Texas Two-step Slaw

- 4 cups shredded green cabbage shopping list
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion shopping list
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 can (11-oz.) mexicorn, drained shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- Fresh cilantro sprigs shopping list
- DRESSING: shopping list
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground cumin shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, mix salad ingredients.
- In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients until well blended.
- Pour dressing over salad, toss to coat.
- Cover, refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh cilantro sprigs.
