Brown Sugar Jam Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugars until fluffy
  • Add eggs and vanilla; mix well
  • Sift dry ingredients together and mix by hand into butter mixture.
  • Chill; Roll dough into 1" balls and place on lined or greased cookie sheets. Press hole in center of each cookie and fill with a small amount of jam.
  • Bake at 400F until lightly brown around the edges; about 10-12 mins.
