How to make it

  • Pour can of Salsa Verde into small bowl, add half the sour cream, all the jar of gravy and mix well.
  • Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray, spread 2 tablespoons of salsa verde mix on bottom.
  • Layer corn tortillas, chicken, salsa verde mix, and then cheese 3 times. With cheese being the top layer.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly hot!
  • Sprinkle green onion and chopped olives on top.
  • Serve with the extra sour cream.
