Ingredients

1 package(16 oz.) elbow macaroni,cooked and drained

2 cups cooked cubed chicken

1/3 cup chopped bell pepper

1 onion, chopped

1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 stick butter

8 oz. sharp cheddar, grated or shredded

1 small can sliced black olives

3 oz. cream cheese, softened

dash of creole spice

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onions, celery, and bell pepper in butter until tender.

Mix all ingredients (except cheese)together and pour or spoon into a well buttered glass or other casserole type baking dish.

Cover with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
