How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse under cold water; place in large bowl.
  • Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet over med high het 6-10 mins or until crisp, turning once; coarsely chop.
  • Add bacon, tomatoes and spinach to farfalle.
  • Combine remaining ingredients, except croutons, in a small bowl. Stir into pasta mixture until well coated. Stir in croutons just before serving.

    Also, I forgot to say that I fixed an entire box of pasta (16 oz), so I increased everything accordingly, except for the bacon. I only had a pound package in the freezer, but that turned out to be plenty.

    I made this for a Labor Day picnic. Turned out great and the guests loved it. I used Miracle Whip and sour cream for the dressing since that's what I had, and I added a TBS of barbecue sauce. I also added green onions and some thyme, ditched the worcestershire since I had added the BBQ sauce. I didn't use croutons because I thought they might get soggy, but this didn't last long enough to make that a problem. Thanks, Fireraven!
