Ingredients
  • 1 box white cake mix (18.5 oz size)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 small package coconut cream instant pudding and pie mix
  • 1/3 cup dark rum

Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat four minutes.
  2. Pour into two greased and floured 9" layer pans.
  3. Bake at 350* for 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Cool on rack, fill and frost. (frosting recipe to follow)
  5. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  6. Refrigerate.
