Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 small package coconut cream instant pudding and pie mix
  • 1/3 cup dark rum
  • 9 oz size Cool Whip

Directions
  1. Combine pineapple and juice with pudding mix and rum in a bowl.
  2. Beat until well blended.
  3. Fold Cool Whip into mixture. Frost cake.
  4. Sprinkle frosting with coconut.
  5. Refrigerate.
