Frosting for Pina Colada Cake

- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple with juice shopping list
- 1 small package coconut cream instant pudding and pie mix shopping list
- 1/3 cup dark rum shopping list
- 9 oz size Cool Whip shopping list
How to make it
- Combine pineapple and juice with pudding mix and rum in a bowl.
- Beat until well blended.
- Fold Cool Whip into mixture. Frost cake.
- Sprinkle frosting with coconut.
- Refrigerate.
