How to make it

  • Preheat oil in a skillet. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  • Add cream cheese and colby and monterey jack cheeses to the skillet.
  • Stir until cheeses are mixed well with the chicken.
  • Leave uncovered and let simmer for 10 minutes or until all the cheese has melted.
  • Meanwhile prepare the hollandaise sauce and heat tortillas.
  • Spoon chicken mixture onto a tortilla, and Roll.
  • Top with hollandaise sauce.
  • Enjoy
