Chocolate Brandy Drop Cookies Recipe

	Peetabear / All my dishes 1 year, 3 months ago I couldn't believe that the recipe really uses brandy and not a brandy flavoring... you could change the flavor of these cookies by changing the flavor of brandy used.... Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 cup confectioners sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

3 cups flour

1 1/2 cups brandy

1 cup pecans, finely chopped

Directions

in large bowl.... cream.. butter and both sugars until light and fluffy

in food processor fitted with a steel blade... process the chocolate chips until they are finely chopped

add chocolate , flour, brandy, and pecans to butter mixture

stir until a soft dough forms

drop by a teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet

bake in a preheated 350' oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until light brown

cool completely on a wire rack.

store in an airtight container

yields about 36 cookies
