This is the best, most a traditional banana pudding recipe, passed down through friends and family...not sure where it came from first! It can be made into a lighter version using 2% milk and light cool whip....but why mess with a good thing?? :-)

Ingredients
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 pkg (3 ounces) French Vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 carton (12 ounces) cool whip, thawed
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 4-5 bananas

Directions
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth
  2. Layer wafers, then bananas and part of pudding mixture, repeat
  3. End with pudding on top
  4. Crush a few wafers and crumble over the top
  5. Keep refrigerated
  6. Enjoy!
  7. "Everything in moderation"!
