Delicious salad great for any day but pretty enough for a party!

Ingredients
  • 1 bag spinach leaves
  • 1 bag spring mix lettuce
  • sliced red onions
  • feta cheese
  • sliced strawberries
  • sliced almonds (may sugar)
  • Strawberry-poppy seed dressing
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. strawberry jam
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • poppy seeds

Directions
  1. Mix together spinach, lettuce, mushrooms, onions, and cheese. Garnish top of salad with sliced strawberries and almonds.
  2. Dressing- Mix all ingredients together well. Serve on top of the salad.
