Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 TBLS onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Sauce Recipe
  • 1 TBLS brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup ketchup

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine first 8 ingredients and place into a 9x5x2 inch loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Make the sauce by mixing the final 3 ingredients. Pour over the meat loaf then bake for another 30 minutes.
