How to make it

  • Stir together 1 3/4 cups granola, brown sugar and butter in small bowl. Press onto bottom of ungreased 8 inch square pan. Freeze 10 minutes.
  • Spread softened ice cream over crust; sprinkle with remaining granola. Cover; freeze until firm (at least 2 hours).
  • To serve, cut dessert into squares. Drizzle with fudge topping, if desired.
  • *Substitute 1 quart (4 cups) your favorite flavor ice cream, slightly softened.
