A vanilla or almond flavored spritz cookie!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract or almond extract
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 to 2/3 cups of flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions
  1. Cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Add vanilla or almond extract, and egg whites beating well.
  3. Gently stir in flour and salt.
  4. Using a pastry tube or cookie press, push out small shapes.
  5. Bae 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees F or until golden.
