Dill Salmon

This dish is very light, which makes it nice to eat in the summer. The best part is that it very fast to prepare! In fact, most of the time spent on this dish is waiting for it to cook in the oven. I hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients
- salmon fillet (one whole fish or pieces) shopping list
- 10 garlic cloves (roasted if want milder flavor) shopping list
- juice of 2 lemons shopping list
- 1 bunch dill shopping list
- olive oil, 2 -3 tbs shopping list
How to make it
- Blend the last four ingredients to make the sauce.
- Spread on salmon and wrap salmon completely in foil.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
