How to make it
- 2(20oz) Cans Lichees
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- Grates zest of 1 Lemon
- Drain lichees,reserving liquid.
- In food processor,puree lichees,should be 2 cups of pureed fruit.
- Add 2 cups of reserved lichee liquid,cinnamon,cloves and lemon zest,blend well.
- Transfer puree to an ice cream machine,and freeze,until set but still soft.
- Serve immediately or cover and freeze,to serve frozen sorbet,remove from freezer and refrigerate until softened,about 15 minutes.
