How to make it

  • 2(20oz) Cans Lichees
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • Grates zest of 1 Lemon
  • Drain lichees,reserving liquid.
  • In food processor,puree lichees,should be 2 cups of pureed fruit.
  • Add 2 cups of reserved lichee liquid,cinnamon,cloves and lemon zest,blend well.
  • Transfer puree to an ice cream machine,and freeze,until set but still soft.
  • Serve immediately or cover and freeze,to serve frozen sorbet,remove from freezer and refrigerate until softened,about 15 minutes.
