Ingredients
  • 1 Egg,lightly beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Strips of Bacon,cooked crisp,crumbled
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Dill Pickle,fine
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 Pound Lean Ground Chuck
  • Hamburger Buns,Buttered and toasted

Directions
  1. In a large bowl,combine the first 10 ingredients.
  2. Add the beef and mix well.
  3. Shape into four 3/4 " thick patties.
  4. Grill,uncovered,over medium hot heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until done to your specifications.
  5. Let rest to allow the juices to go back to the center of the hamburger patty.
  6. Serve on buttered ,toasted bun with your choice of toppings.
