No Hunger Bread Recipe
This is a "hunger reducer" It's a recipe my friend gave me and has an intersting flavor. You can add dried fruits and nuts but it ups the calories!

Ingredients
  • 4 c water
  • 3 1/2 o 4 pounds buckwheat or millet flour
  • 1 1/2 c canola oil
  • 1 1/2 c natural unrefined sugar
  • 16 oz honey
  • 16 oz molasses
  • 4 oz pwd soy milk (1/2c)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions
  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Grease and lightly flour walled cookies sheets or jelly roll pans with at least 1 inch sides.
  3. Pour batter into pans 1/2 in think.
  4. Bake at 300F for 1 hour.
  5. After cooking, dry bread in over for 2 hours, on very low heat (90F)
  6. After it's cooled, tip it out and cut into 2x2 inch squares.
  7. Store wrapped in a container.
  8. Each one square 10 mins before each meal.
  9. Each piece contains 100 calories
