- 4 c water shopping list
- 3 1/2 o 4 pounds buckwheat or millet flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 c canola oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 c natural unrefined sugar shopping list
- 16 oz honey shopping list
- 16 oz molasses shopping list
- 4 oz pwd soy milk (1/2c) shopping list
- 1 tsp sea salt shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Grease and lightly flour walled cookies sheets or jelly roll pans with at least 1 inch sides.
- Pour batter into pans 1/2 in think.
- Bake at 300F for 1 hour.
- After cooking, dry bread in over for 2 hours, on very low heat (90F)
- After it's cooled, tip it out and cut into 2x2 inch squares.
- Store wrapped in a container.
- Each one square 10 mins before each meal.
- Each piece contains 100 calories
