How to make it

  • Mix together all ingredients.
  • Grease and lightly flour walled cookies sheets or jelly roll pans with at least 1 inch sides.
  • Pour batter into pans 1/2 in think.
  • Bake at 300F for 1 hour.
  • After cooking, dry bread in over for 2 hours, on very low heat (90F)
  • After it's cooled, tip it out and cut into 2x2 inch squares.
  • Store wrapped in a container.
  • Each one square 10 mins before each meal.
  • Each piece contains 100 calories
