How to make it

  • For crust:
  • Combine combine flour, confectioner's sugar & butter. Mix in nuts.
  • Press onto bottom of 8" square pan.
  • Bake 15-20 min. @ 350F or until lightly browned.
  • For Filling:
  • Combine the dry ingredients.
  • Beat the eggs lemon juice & lemon zest until light & creamy.
  • Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix well.
  • Pour combbine mixture over hot crust.
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  • Bake 10-15 min. or until lightly browned.
  • Cool completely.
  • Cut into bars and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
