How to make it

  • Cook ravioli according to package directions (do not over cook – if putting in oven slightly under cook.)
  • In a separate pot or Dutch oven combine Marinara sauce, pesto, Alfredo and any additional ingredients. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until hot and well blended.
  • Drain ravioli and add to sauce. You can serve now, or put in a lasagna dish or 9x13 pan, top with Parmesan & mozzarella cheese (1/2-3/4 cup of each), 1 cup Italian bread crumbs, and stick in a 350 degree oven for 15-25 minutes.
  • Serve with garlic bread and green salad.
