How to make it

  • mix cookie crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar.
  • press into 9" springform pan.
  • heat fudge topping, pour 3/4 of jar over crust.
  • refrigerate crust.
  • mix hot water and instant espresso.
  • beat cream cheese,1 cup sugar, remaining 1/4 jar hot fudge and espresso together.
  • gently fold in whipped topping.
  • pour over crust, refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • garnish with whipped topping and cookie crumbs if desired.
