i was looking for a unique cheesecake for my daughter's birthday. i created this one with her favorite flavors in mind.
Ingredients
- 2 cups oreo crumbs shopping list
- 4 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons hot water shopping list
- 3 tablespoons instant espresso shopping list
- 8 oz. whipped topping shopping list
- 1 (11oz.) jar hot fudge topping shopping list
How to make it
- mix cookie crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar.
- press into 9" springform pan.
- heat fudge topping, pour 3/4 of jar over crust.
- refrigerate crust.
- mix hot water and instant espresso.
- beat cream cheese,1 cup sugar, remaining 1/4 jar hot fudge and espresso together.
- gently fold in whipped topping.
- pour over crust, refrigerate until ready to serve.
- garnish with whipped topping and cookie crumbs if desired.
