Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put 1/3 cube butter, 1 can condensed milk and 4 1/2 cups sugar in medium pot
  • Bring to a boil over med. high heat
  • Full boil for 4 1/2 minutes stirring constantly
  • Pour over other 3 ingredients and 2 cups finely chopped nuts,either pecans,walnuts or cashews.
  • Stir in a large mixing bowl until melted.
  • Pour into a greased 10"x 10" pan,or as close as possible...
  • Score 5 deep lines that will make 6 bars later.
  • Cool in fridge for at least 4 hrs.
  • Using the score lines cut out the 6 bars and wrap in wax paper.
  • Makes 6 lbs of fudge.
