Fudge Recipe
This is really a holiday dessert but if your a fudge lover make up more holidays!Best if eaten in small slices.I make it for xmas and package it out as gifts.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. milk chocolate (bars)
  • 1 lb. chocolate chips (3 pkgs.)
  • 1 pint jar marshmallow topping
  • 1/3 cube butter (1/3 lb.)
  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk

Directions
  1. Put 1/3 cube butter, 1 can condensed milk and 4 1/2 cups sugar in medium pot
  2. Bring to a boil over med. high heat
  3. Full boil for 4 1/2 minutes stirring constantly
  4. Pour over other 3 ingredients and 2 cups finely chopped nuts,either pecans,walnuts or cashews.
  5. Stir in a large mixing bowl until melted.
  6. Pour into a greased 10"x 10" pan,or as close as possible...
  7. Score 5 deep lines that will make 6 bars later.
  8. Cool in fridge for at least 4 hrs.
  9. Using the score lines cut out the 6 bars and wrap in wax paper.
  10. Makes 6 lbs of fudge.
