Savoury Pumpkin Tart

- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup cream (250 ml) shopping list
- 1 cup sugar (250 ml) shopping list
- 5 ml salt shopping list
- 1 cup milk (250 ml) shopping list
- 115g melted butter shopping list
- 1 cup flour (250 ml) shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 750 ml cooked pumpkin, drain well ( 3 cups pumpkin, not butternut) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix eggs and cream together, then the sugar, salt and milk.
- Stir in melted butter, then flour and baking powder.
- Lastly add the pumpkin and cinnamon and stir.
- Bake in a round tart dish for one hour at 180 degrees celcius.

I doubt you celebrate American Thanksgiving in Africa, but pumpkin pie here in November is a HUGE tradition, your pumpkin tart sounds easier and very tasty! A nice little twist on our traditional pie. THANKS for the great post!
