How to make it

  • In baking dish large enough; arrange chicken in a single layer
  • Mix broth and mustard. Pour broth mixture over chicken and turn to coat. Sprinkle bread crumbs over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours
  • Bake at 375 degreesF. for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Serve immediately or let stand 30 minutes to serve at room temperature.
