Huge Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Huge Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
These cookies are perfection! Huge and moist and full of chocolate. Just like the kind you find in bakeries. I've baked these at both high altitudes and at sea level and they always come out perfect.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter, Melted
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F ( 165 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
  2. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until well blended.
  4. Beat in the vanilla and eggs until light and creamy.
  5. Mix in the dry ingredients until just blended, stir in the chocolate chips. Dough will be quite soft...don't worry and don't add extra flour, this makes for a great cookie.
  6. Drop dough 1/4 cup at a time onto the prepared cookie sheets. Cookies should be about 3 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until the edges are lightly toasted.
  8. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
