How to make it

  • Rub the Maida into the butter with finger tips.
  • Add sugar, salt and oats. Combine well.
  • Add waterMake into a dough but do not knead.
  • Cover with cling wrap/foil and chill 20mins.
  • Pre-heat oven 200c. Roll out dough about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes. Place on ugreased baking sheet.
  • Bake 8-10mins or until edges turn brown.
