Fast Tiramisu Tartlets

These little treats can be made up in a flash...great with a cup of coffee
Ingredients
- 8 small pre-baked tart shells shopping list
- 8T mascarpone cheese shopping list
- 2T icing sugar shopping list
- 8 amaretti biscuits shopping list
- 2-3 shots of strong coffee shopping list
- 4T finely shaved dark chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Put the mascarpone in a medium bowl, sift the icing sugar over top and stir to combine.
- Crumble the amaretti buscuits into a small bowl and drizzle the coffee over top, leave to stand a few minutes then add to the mascarpone mixture with the shaved chocolate.Stir until just combined to make a marbled cream.
- Spoon into tart shells. Dust with cocoa.
