Easy Pepperoni Bread

- 1lb frozen bread dough shopping list
- 1T extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/2T basil shopping list
- 1/2T dried minced onion flakes shopping list
- 1/2T oregano shopping list
- 1 8oz package sliced pepperoni shopping list
- 1 6oz package mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 egg, lightly beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Allow bread dough to thaw 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
- Place dough in a large greased bowl and cover with towel and place in warm draft free area and allow to rise until doubled (2-3hrs) Punch down.
- On a lightly greased large baking sheet, roll dough into 12x18" rectangle. Brush dough lightly with olive oil; sprinkle with basil, onion flakes and oregano.
- Layer with pepperoni to within 1/2" of edge; top with cheese.
- Beginning with longest end, roll dough into a thin cylinder and seal seam; glaze with egg
- Bake at 350F for 35mins. or until golden.
- Cut into bite size pieces to serve.
