How to make it

  • Allow bread dough to thaw 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
  • Place dough in a large greased bowl and cover with towel and place in warm draft free area and allow to rise until doubled (2-3hrs) Punch down.
  • On a lightly greased large baking sheet, roll dough into 12x18" rectangle. Brush dough lightly with olive oil; sprinkle with basil, onion flakes and oregano.
  • Layer with pepperoni to within 1/2" of edge; top with cheese.
  • Beginning with longest end, roll dough into a thin cylinder and seal seam; glaze with egg
  • Bake at 350F for 35mins. or until golden.
  • Cut into bite size pieces to serve.
