How to make it

  • Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray, then line with parchment paper for easy bar removal/cleanup leaving over hang around the edges of the pan (i just used aluminum foil)
  • Combine wafers, oats, sugar, and salt in large bowl
  • Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat, then add crunchy peanut butter and 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter. Stir until creamy and combined
  • Add peanut butter mixture to wafer mixture and stir until well mixed
  • Transfer mixture to baking dish and press down so it is fairly even
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • Pour semi sweet chocolate over chilled mixture and spread so that it creates a thin even layer.
  • Refrigerate until hardened, about 30 minutes
  • Heat 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter in sauce pan until runny, drizzy over chilled chocolate
  • Melt 1 1/2 oz milk chocolate and drizzle over top of peanut butter
