Well some times we have these for lunch. and you can substitute the pork for thinly sliced chicken breast strips.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 lb, pork boneless loin chops cut into thin bite-sized strips
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 jar (7.25-oz.) roasted red bell peppers drained and sliced
  • 4 pita folds bread (7" diameter)

Directions
  1. Mix mayonnaise, milk and garlic in small bowl, set aside.
  2. heat skillet to medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork, oil and pepper.
  4. Cook pork for 6 minutes or until pork is lightly browned and no longer pink in middle.
  5. Stir in bell peppers heat until warm.
  6. Heat pita bread as per pkg. directions.
  7. Lightly spread one side of each pita fold with garlic mixture.
  8. Spoon pork mixture over each, fold up.
