Poppy Seed Cake

- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup salad oil shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 (14oz) can evap. milk shopping list
- 1 jar (12 oz) poppy seed filling. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the flour, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda and milk until smooth.
- Add the poppy filling. Beat well at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. 10 minutes in a 10 inch angel food tube pan.
- Do no grease the pan.
- Cool before removing from the pan.
