Sesame Tilapia with garlic and ginger

- 6 tilapia filets shopping list
- sesame oil- less than 1/4 cup shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic chopped shopping list
- 3 green onions chopped shopping list
- 2 TBS fresh grated ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp. fresh oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp.basil shopping list
- large pinch rosemarry shopping list
- kosher salt to taste shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- mix all ingredients above except the tilapia of course
- Coat each filet with marinade
- Put in zip lock bag or glass container and cover ( only cover the glass dish not the zip lock bag if that is the route you choose)
- Marinade in frige for 30 minutes or so
- I used zip lock and i messaged the fllets every few minutes to ensure good coverage
- Place filets in baking dish and cover with mairnade and bake i
- 350* for about 30 minutes or until fish flakes easy with fork
