How to make it

  • Place the chicken in a shallow pan.
  • Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken.
  • Let it stand for two hours, turning occasionally.
  • Drain off the marinade and reserve it…..
  • Place chicken skin-side down on the broiler pan (no rack) ---
  • Broil 7” from the element for about 25 minutes, basting occasionally.
  • Turn the chicken and broil 15 to 20 minutes longer.
  • When the thick part of the drumstick cuts easily and there’s no pink showing, the chickens are done.
