Baked Yams with Hazelnuts

- 6 yams, cut into quarters shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 2 tablespoons real maple syrup shopping list
- 1 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake the yams with the skins on until fork tender. Pool and place in a casserole dish. Mash the yams with a fork and mix inthe butter and maple syrup. Sprinkle the toasted hazelnuts on top and bake for 25 minutes.
