How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake the yams with the skins on until fork tender. Pool and place in a casserole dish. Mash the yams with a fork and mix inthe butter and maple syrup. Sprinkle the toasted hazelnuts on top and bake for 25 minutes.
