Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar

1 Tbsp. butter

3 Tbsps. flour

3 egg yolks

2 c. milk

Directions

Mix above in order given.

Cook in double boiler until thick.

Add 2 teaspoons vanilla, 3 Tablespoons jam.

Put in half baked pie shell.

Cook till crust is brown.
