How to make it

  • Prepare rice according to package directions. Set aside. In saucepan over medium heat, cook scallions, garlic & thyme in butter 5 min. Stir in rice and fruit; cook 5 min or until heated, stirring frequently. Sprinkle rice mixture with toasted pecans. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
