Ingredients

EASY and delicious Amish Country Apple Crisp

Peel and slice

6 firm apples

put in a 9x13 inch pan.

Mix together:

3/4 c. sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

3/4 tsp. salt

1 egg

Pour over apples.

On top of this pour:

1/3 cup cream

and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Directions

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples are done.

SERVE WITH ICECREAM, WHIPPED CREAM, EVEN CHEESE!

It came out okay for me however, I didn't get much of a crisp at all. When I left it longer the mixture started to boil and thin. Any ideas??
