Ingredients
- EASY and delicious Amish Country Apple Crisp
- Peel and slice
- 6 firm apples
- put in a 9x13 inch pan.
- Mix together:
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- Pour over apples.
- On top of this pour:
- 1/3 cup cream
- and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Directions
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples are done.
- SERVE WITH ICECREAM, WHIPPED CREAM, EVEN CHEESE!

It came out okay for me however, I didn't get much of a crisp at all. When I left it longer the mixture started to boil and thin. Any ideas??
