Marinated Flank Steak Recipe
This is such a flavorful steak recipe of Rachael Ray's! My husband and I love the tangy, spicy, full flavors! It's such an inexpensive cut of meat that you can really spruce up and I always have these ingredients on hand!

Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbs grill seasoning (I use McCormick's Montreal Steak)
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika, chili powder or cumin
  • 2 tsp hot sauce (like Tabasco or Louisiana)
  • 1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbs red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup EVOO
  • 2 lbs flank steak

Directions
  1. Place meat in shallow dish
  2. Mix garlic, steak seasoning, smoked paprika, hot sauce, worcestershilre sauce and vinegar together.
  3. Pour marinade over steak
  4. Let stand at least 15 minutes. (I marinate it for an hour)
  5. Grill steak 6-7 minutes per side.
  6. Let meat stand at least 3 minutes before slicing
  7. Thinly slice meat on an angle, against the grain.
  8. ** It's great to serve on a bed of mashed potatoes!
  9. Enjoy!
