Ingredients
  • 3 CUPS SIFTED FLOUR
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 AND A HALF CUPS OF MILK OR WATER IF YOU DONT HAVE MILK
  • 6 TBS BAKING SODA
  • 6 TBS CANOLA OIL
  • 1 AND 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 3 TBS WHITE SUGAR

Directions
  1. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX ALL THE DRY ING
  2. IN ANOTHER BOWL MIX ALL THE WET ING
  3. ADD THE WET ING TO THE DRY ALL AT ONCE
  4. FOLD GENTLY TILL MIXED BUT DONT OVER MIX
  5. THE BATTER SHOULD BE LUMPY
  6. POUR IN WELL SPRAYD BUNT CAKE PAN MY FAVORITE HE HE
  7. BAKE IN HEATED OVEN 350 35-40 MINS
  8. COOL 20 MIN BEFORE CUTTING
  9. ENJOY KIDS !!!!!
