A delectable bar cookie, "Blondie" . Butterscotch nutty, delicious! Sort of like the opposite of "brownie"! Grown up bar for special guests.

Ingredients
  • "MM "is shorthand for "magic machine" aka food processor
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup stirred all purp. flour. measure by "scoop and sweep"
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 t.sp. salt
  • 1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 Table. butter melted
  • 1 Table. bourbon ( I like Jack Daniel's)
  • 1 Table. vanilla

Directions
  1. Into MM place all ingredients, and process for 5 seconds.
  2. Run spatula around the workbowl to loosen mix, and process until just combined--about 3 seconds more.
  3. Spread mixture into a buttered square 9 inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350 F until lightly browned, about 25 minutes.
  5. Don't Over Process!!
