Tropical Kabobs

- 1/2 pound 21-25 ct peeled & deveined shrimp shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) salmon fillets, cut into 1" cubes shopping list
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 3 tablespoons Caribbean spices shopping list
- 1 cup pineapples, cored and cut into 1" cubes shopping list
- 1/4 cup molasses shopping list
- 1 mango, pitted and cut into 1" cubes shopping list
- 2 peaches, pitted and cut into 1" cubes shopping list
- 1/4 vidalia onion, chopped into 1" squares shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, toss shrimp and salmon cubes in Olive Oil and sprinkle with Caribbean spices. On a skewer, alternate shrimp and salmon with cubes of golden pineapple, mango, peaches and Vidalia onion. Lightly brush entire kabob with olive oil and grill over a medium flame for approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
