Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound 21-25 ct peeled & deveined shrimp
  • 1 (8 ounce) salmon fillets, cut into 1" cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Caribbean spices
  • 1 cup pineapples, cored and cut into 1" cubes
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 mango, pitted and cut into 1" cubes
  • 2 peaches, pitted and cut into 1" cubes
  • 1/4 vidalia onion, chopped into 1" squares

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, toss shrimp and salmon cubes in Olive Oil and sprinkle with Caribbean spices. On a skewer, alternate shrimp and salmon with cubes of golden pineapple, mango, peaches and Vidalia onion. Lightly brush entire kabob with olive oil and grill over a medium flame for approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
