How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, toss shrimp and salmon cubes in Olive Oil and sprinkle with Caribbean spices. On a skewer, alternate shrimp and salmon with cubes of golden pineapple, mango, peaches and Vidalia onion. Lightly brush entire kabob with olive oil and grill over a medium flame for approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
