At East Side Mario's they used to have a chicken and broc calzone which I loved and recently I had a craving so I decided to create my own version and it worked out beautifully. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli cooked but not overdone (I steamed mine)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella shredded
  • 3 cups prepared alfredo sauce (you can buy a jar of it... I used stuff from the bulk food store)
  • Pizza Dough (Great one listed in my recipes)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Combine the chicken, veggies, cheese and sauce in a bowl.
  3. Flatten out a piece of pizza dough and add the filling. Fold over and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes.
  5. The measurements for the ingredients are just a guide.. I never measure when making dinner dishes. :)
