How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Combine the chicken, veggies, cheese and sauce in a bowl.
  • Flatten out a piece of pizza dough and add the filling. Fold over and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes.
  • The measurements for the ingredients are just a guide.. I never measure when making dinner dishes. :)

This looks outstanding! I am so happy I looked up Tomato Soup...because that lead to your meatloaf recipe and that lead to exploring other ones that you have! I just bought a rotisserie chicken to take the meat off of and use in recipes...this one sounds really wonderful. I like the combination of flavors and ingredients. Good job on re-creating the recipe!
I do that all the time...did it a lot more when I was married because the ex and I went to some pretty nice places.
I will have to look at your Calzone dough.....I use to make the dough using my bread maker and then form them. I made a lot of them up and then froze them. They sure were good with homemade marinara!
Where are you exactly in CA?

I am in Garden Grove, which is about 8 miles from Huntington Beach, adjacent to Westminster and Santa Ana.
