Evereyone's favorite salad says it all. I fix it when I'm in a pinch for something quick.

Ingredients
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn
  • 4 c. baby spinach
  • 14-oz. can bean sprouts, drained
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Garnish: 3 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and sliced

Directions
  1. In a large serving bowl, toss together the first 4 ingredient; set aside. Whisk together remaining ingredients except eggs in a small bowl.
  2. Drizzle dressing over salad.
  3. Garnish with egg slices. Serves 6 to 8.
  4. Croutons and whatever else you have on hand can enhance this EASY salad!
