  • Take prepared pudding and put into ice cube tray
  • Freeze
  • When frozen, put cubes into processor with steel blade
  • Pulse a few times until cubes break up a bit
  • With machine running slowly pour cream in
  • Add enough to get a creamy ice cream texture
  • Put into freezer for about 20-30 minutes
