A way to make chocolate ice cream without an ice cream maker! Very easy and yummy!

Ingredients
  • 1 small box instant pudding prepared, chocolate or flavor of choice
  • 1/2-2/3 cup heavy cream or half and half

Directions
  1. Take prepared pudding and put into ice cube tray
  2. Freeze
  3. When frozen, put cubes into processor with steel blade
  4. Pulse a few times until cubes break up a bit
  5. With machine running slowly pour cream in
  6. Add enough to get a creamy ice cream texture
  7. Put into freezer for about 20-30 minutes
