White Chocolate Filling Recipe

This filling is a must for the white chocolate lover! Fills 12 cupcakes nicely...double, triple, or quadtrupal the recipe for filling a cake.

Ingredients
  • 6 oz quality white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions
  1. In the top of a double boiler, combine white chocolate and milk. Cook, stirring, until the chocolate is melted.
  2. Let cool to room temp, stirring occasionaly.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the cooked white chocolate and beat until smooth.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before filling cupcakes or cake.
