How to make it

  • Place pie crust in a 9 inch pie plate
  • Fold edges under and flute
  • In large bowl, whisk eggs until just foamy
  • In another bowl, combine flour and sugars, whisking
  • Add this to the eggs, stirring unbil blended
  • Stir in the butter, chocolate chips and pecans
  • Pour into the pie crust
  • Bake at 325 degrees for about 50-60 minutes or until set
  • Nice with a dollop of whipped cream, creme fraiche, or vanila ice cream
