Easy Marvelous Pecan Chocolate Chip Pie

- Extra Quick Version: use 1 refrigerated pie crust OR shopping list
- 1 flaky unbaked pie crust shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted and cooled shopping list
- 1 cup (8 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 cup pecans, chopped and toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Place pie crust in a 9 inch pie plate
- Fold edges under and flute
- In large bowl, whisk eggs until just foamy
- In another bowl, combine flour and sugars, whisking
- Add this to the eggs, stirring unbil blended
- Stir in the butter, chocolate chips and pecans
- Pour into the pie crust
- Bake at 325 degrees for about 50-60 minutes or until set
- Nice with a dollop of whipped cream, creme fraiche, or vanila ice cream
